  While the staff are mostly courteous and helpful, they seem poorly managed and very disorganised. This results in late preparation of prescriptions, or lengthy waits while they try to find prescription packages which have already been prepared. Despite this branch being closest to my home, I have recently had my prescriptions re-directed to Morrisons pharmacy, which is a model of efficiency compared to Lloyds.

  Good customer service, this is a very busy pharmacy and seems to have a good team who work well together and always have a smile for customers considering the small amount of space they have and the volume of customers they deal with. Will definately use this branch as my main pharmacy.
